You mean apart from writing Christmas cards, bewailing the tortoise quality of the french postal system? Well, we're working in the vines at Chateau Mal Au Dos of course. Despite howling winds and freezing temperatures, all the vines have to be pruned. We only have 6000 but they all have to be sorted out, individually, by hand, without machines. It's back-breaking work (hence the name of the vineyard) but very rewarding.
