HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING, AND OUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Making a booking

Please telephone or email to check availability. Once we have confirmed availability then Booking Conditions apply.

Booking conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the stay is required to confirm the booking.

Prices

Prices quoted are per room per night, in a room with an en-suite or private shower room, and include breakfast.

Check-in time

Your room will be available between 12 noon and 1pm or after 4.30pm. We will ask you for your approximate arrival time when you make your booking.

Check-out time

10am on the day of departure.

Confirming a booking

We will send you an electronic invoice via PayPal for the non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total stay. Settlement of this invoice confirms your booking. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancelling a booking

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AT ANY TIME we will retain your non-refundable booking deposit but we do not charge you for the balance of your stay.

IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US FOR WHATEVER REASON AND DO NOT TURN UP we will assume you do not require the room. We retain the right to re-let the room at which point it will not be available to you.

A reservation is a contract in law. If your circumstances are such that you think you may have to cancel your booking, we suggest that you take out travel insurance.
